Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in AIS.  Whether you are a current member looking for answers to your questions, or a prospective member seeking information about AIS, we are here to serve you.  Following you will find links to the staff members who handle various components of the association.  When you contact any of us, we will be pleased to assist you.  Not certain who to contact about your question, comment, or issue,  then simply email or call AIS ONESTOP which is your single point of contact for anything related to AIS.  (Read more about ONESTOP below.)   

 Whenever you contact us, here is what you can expect 

 1. Timely acknowledgement of your inquiry.  Our goal is same day but no more than 2 business day response. (Please see our normal hours of operation below.)   

 2. Specific target date for completion of the request.  If we can't answer your inquiry within the first response we will give you a date when you can expect a follow-up. 

 3. Referral to other resources.  We work on a collaborative basis with many volunteers within AIS including the Council, conference committees, editors, and others.  If we don't have the answer we will refer you to someone who does. 

4. Ask you how we did.  Once we have responded to your request we will refer you to a link where you can rate the level of our service.  We will always work to achieve your highest level of satisfaction; however, if we fall short, we want to know so that we can re-double our efforts in the future.

The Association for Information Systems is incorporated in the state of Illinois as a non-profit organization and is exempt from United States federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Registration fees and membership dues paid to AIS are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
